Fun at work matters!

Encouraging fun at work can yield real benefits in the workplace, according to Adrian Gostick and Scott Christopher. They write that fun in the workplace can: reduce stress; improve staff retention, productivity and revenue; means less sick days, and increase team building and spirit.” And as if that’s not enough:

If people are having fun, they’re going to work harder, stay longer, maintain their composure in a crisis and take better care of the organization.
